Jeff Hall is the owner and founder of Automotive Training & Technical Specialists. He currently lives in Abbotsford, British Columbia with his wife and three children.
Jeff began his automotive career as an apprentice for BMW in Great Britain. Jeff's abilities not only lay in the technical sphere, but also in customer service, marketing and management. After a number of years in the shop, Jeff moved into a Service Management position. His impeccable customer service, attention to detail, and leadership abilities later facilitated his advancement to an Aftersales Manager position for the flagship BMW dealership in London, England.

After 18 years with BMW, Jeff joined Volvo as Site and Service Manager for a large dealership in Great Britain. Together with Volvo Car UK personnel, Jeff was instrumental in writing the Volvo Service Advisor career structure. Also, while at Volvo Jeff consistently exceeded targets and earned many awards including the "Volvo Institute of Professionals" (VIP) award.

In 1995, Jeff followed his dream and with his family immigrated to beautiful British Columbia. While in B.C., Jeff has been consulting as a technical expert for automotive insurance companies. Jeff’s unbiased professionalism has assisted not only insurance companies but also individual insurance policy holders to settle claims.
Over the past ten years, Jeff has also been instructing a variety of automotive courses at technical colleges. Jeff loves to teach and utilizes his vast automotive knowledge, extensive real world experience (from the shop floor to the General Management level) and humour to motivate and educate his students and trainees. He takes great pride in the success of his students and provides advice and mentoring long after students finish their training courses.
Jeff presently has former students working throughout North America for Bentley, Mercedes, Land Rover, Jaguar, BMW, Aston Martin, Volkswagen, Volvo, Audi, Mini, GM, Ford, Nissan, Toyota, Chrysler, Honda, etc.
